BOSTON, April 23, 2026 — Flexcar, the first and only month-to-month car lease company, has surpassed 300 million miles driven by its members and is unveiling its biggest expansion yet: the opening of two new locations in Northern California. The new hubs in San Jose and Richmond represent Flexcar's first presence on the West Coast, bringing its flexible car leases to drivers across the San Francisco Bay Area, from Silicon Valley to the East Bay.

The San Jose location serves drivers throughout Silicon Valley and the South Bay, while the Richmond hub is positioned to reach commuters and residents across San Francisco and the broader East Bay. Together, the two sites add more than 55,000 square feet of retail and lot space, with capacity for hundreds of vehicles across Flexcar's fleet of over 200 makes and models, including top picks like the Subaru Solterra EV, Genesis G70, and Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. With this expansion, Flexcar will create approximately 40 local jobs across operations, service, and customer support.
