Month-to-month flexible car lease company opens El Monte hub to serve drivers across Southern California

EL MONTE, Calif., August 31, 2026 — Flexcar, the first and only month-to-month car lease company, today announced its continued expansion in California with the opening of its El Monte hub at 11705 Valley Blvd. The launch marks Flexcar’s entry into Southern California and its third location in the state, bringing its flexible car leases to drivers across the greater Los Angeles area.

The new El Monte hub spans more than 50,000 square feet and features 350 parking spaces. Southern California drivers will have access to a diverse selection of vehicles, including brand-new 2027 models and popular options such as the Kia Sportage Hybrid, Chevy Equinox, BMW X3, Buick Encore GX, Mercedes-Benz GLS, and Chevy Tahoe.

The El Monte launch builds on Flexcar’s California expansion, which began earlier this year with the opening of locations in San Jose and Richmond. Recently, Flexcar drivers surpassed 350 million miles driven nationwide, underscoring growing demand for flexible lease solutions that adapt to how people actually live and drive.

At a time when gas prices are rising nationwide, Flexcar is also helping drivers reduce everyday costs at the pump. According to Flexcar data, its members have already saved more than $170,000 on fuel through Flexcar’s built-in Gas Saver program, which provides automatic per-gallon discounts at participating stations.
